Obtaining status in Canada can be a very daunting process.  This is especially the case where a person's claim for protection has been denied by the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.  ​

Philip has successfully represented a number of refugee claimants before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.  In ​addition he has represented clients on appeal to the Federal Court of Canada, whose claims for protection have been denied.  He has also advocated on behalf of clients who faced immediate deportation from Canada.
